Sample Menu 1


Tandoori Pork and Rice, tossed with assorted fresh vegetables in an Indian spiced yogurt glaze with dried fruit and blended rice.

Shephards Pie, lean ground beef simmered with assorted vegetables in a natural beef and herb glaze, gratineed with parnesan mashed potatoes.

Greek Chicken Pasta, simmered with assorted fresh vegetables in a sundried tomato and garlic olive oil glaze with kalamata olives and feta cheese.

Veal & Black Bean Chili, simmered with assorted vegetables and black beans in a salsa verde with corn.

Turkey Enchiladas, rolled in tortilla shells with assorted fresh vegetables, gratineed with garlic salsa and monteray jack.

Turkey and Black Bean Chili, simmered with assorted vegetables in a hearty salsa verde with corn and black beans.

Citrus Ginger Poached Salmon, served with strawberry coulis, blended rice & vegetables.

Chicken & Lentils, tossed with assorted fresh vegetables, sun-dried tomatoes and garlic in a fresh chive and basil olive oil with toasted cashews.

Lamb & Wild Mushroom Lasagna, layered with spinach, cottage cheese and tortillas in an herb rose sauce, gratineed with gouda.

Pork & Sausage Gumbo, tossed with peppers, okra, mushroom and sweet onion in a spiced stewed tomato sauce with rice.

Seafood Jambalaya, assorted fresh fish simmered in an herb creole sauce with mixed vegetables and rice.

Italian Beef Stew, tender sirloin simmered with assorted fresh root vegetables in an herb tomato glaze with new potatoes.

Citrus Dill Prawns, sautéed with assorted fresh vegetables in a dill citrus glaze with linguini.

Curry Pork Risotto, simmered with mushroom, onion and peppers in a basil curry sauce, tossed with julienne turnip and cashews.

Mongolian Chicken Stir Fry, sautéed with fresh carrot, mushroom, onion, apple and suey choy in a lemon chili teriyaki, over rice noodles

Dijon Herb Crusted Pork Loin and Apple Relish, served with mixed vegetables and roast red potatoes.

Chicken Primavera, simmered with assorted fresh vegetables in a Pesto stewed tomato glaze with blended rice.

Linguini ala Mike, extra lean black forest ham tossed in a light cream cheese sauce with peppers, onion, mushroom and lemon pepper linguini.

Seafood Lasagna, a medley of fresh fish layered with vegetables, cottage cheese, fresh spinach and tortillas, gratineed with an herb rose sauce and havarti.

Tex Mex Chili, lean ground beef simmered with assorted vegetables, sweet corn and mixed beans in a roast tomato salsa.
